
The Right Honourable Paul Martin was the 21st Prime Minister of Canada from 2003 to 2006 and Minister of Finance from 1993 to 2002. He has had a long interest in exploring how social enterprise can contribute to both the economic and social well-being of Canadians. In this interview, Mr. Martin reflects on the relationship between businesses, not-for-profits and charities in Canada including the role that legal and financial structures play in social enterprise.
