Stephanie Gehring holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Cornell, where she is now teaching a class on reflective essays (until the end of the semester, when her lectureship ends; please send money). Her poetry has been published in The Fiddlehead, Poems and Plays, Folio, Meridian, and Ruminate. She holds a B.A. from St. Olaf College with a double major in studio art and English, and spends her days walking all over Ithaca, N.Y., reading student essays and stories, and forgetting to check her e-mail, sometimes all at the same time.
