... the recent report by Hamilton-based think-tank Cardus, called College of Trades: An Impossible Institution, expressed “very real” concerns about the structure of the College and its ability to properly function and serve the industry. The OGCA will bring the report to the new minister of Training, Colleges and Universities, Glen Murray.
