Heath Thomas

Dr. Heath Thomas (PhD, University of Gloucestershire) teaches Old Testament and Hebrew at Southeastern Seminary (USA) and is Fellow at the Paideia Centre for Public Theology (Canada). He and his wife, Jill, have 4 children (Harrison, Isabelle, Simon, and Sophia). He is the editor (with Robin Parry) of Great is Thy Faithfulness? Toward Reading Lamentations as Sacred Scripture and is currently writing a commentary on Habakkuk and an introduction to the Minor Prophets.

He loves fly fishing and reading the fiction of Umberto Eco and Paulo Coelho. Dr. Thomas has a passion for the church and for preaching, and has served churches in Oklahoma, Texas, Cheltenham (UK) and Bisley (UK).
