Jacob Sims

 

Jacob Sims leads a consulting practice which helps government leaders, policy makers, and NGOs across the Global South improve their ability to make evidence-informed decisions to reach vulnerable populations with needed services. 

When stateside, he also conducts research and instructs courses at the College of William & Mary on Education, Public Policy, and International Development. Jacob previously led humanitarian programs in northern Myanmar and co-founded an education and social justice organization in eastern Uganda. He holds a dual masters of science in International Development and Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
