Peter Lauwers

Peter Lauwers was appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario in 2008. Before his appointment, he practiced law with Miller Thomson at the Markham firm. Peter's expertise lies in the areas of administrative law, with emphasis on education law, human rights issues, labour relations, and municipal planning and zoning. He did his Masters of Law at York University.
