What do religious buildings provide to society? How much is that worth? The Halo Project argues that if all churches were closed tomorrow, it would cost cities three or four times more to replace the services they offer, writes Graham Singh, Executive Director of the Trinity Centres Foundation.

Cardus is co-sponsoring a survey to study faith building usage, gauge the value of these buildings, and learn how church closures will affect non-profit sector in communities across Canada.
