Philip Zuidema

Research Intern

Philip Zuidema is a 2nd year student at the University of Waterloo, pursuing a degree in Arts and Business with a major in Peace and Conflict Studies. He is spending a four month co-op term at Cardus, conducting research for several projects in the Work and Economics wheelhouse.

Among other things, Philip is a copious consumer of tea, avid reader of poetry, and appreciative fan of all things musical (with soft spots for classical, folk rock, jazz, and, of course, Disney).

When outside the walls of the Cardus office, Philip will most likely be found - to borrow from Sir Henry Wotton - “entertaining the harmless day with a well-chosen book or friend.”
