We often talk about work-life balance. But women find their lives filled with far more balancing acts than just this (perhaps false) dichotomy.

We’ve gathered a panel of women with various family, work, and community experiences to speak into the questions women ask themselves: For whom do I act? Why do I want what I want? Are our institutions built with me in mind? How do institutions form my aspirations? How do I contribute to my world?

This International Women’s Day, join us for a conversation about the unique opportunities and challenges women face when navigating the institutions of which they’re a part. We’ll explore relationships with the families women are born into, the family they may choose to make, the workplace, civil society, and communities.
