Many organizations are struggling in understanding how to appropriately respond to contemporary pressures to adopt Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) statements and policies.  Cardus, a nonpartisan think tank seeking to apply the wisdom of the Christian social thought tradition as it has developed over centuries, will be providing an opportunity to think through the relevant theological themes that need to be accounted for, assessing the current legal and social landscape that gives rise to the current EDI discussion, and provides some practical tools for businesses and organizations to use in dealing with these issues.   The session will be held at the Cardus office (45 Rideau St., 8th Floor) and attendance will be capped at 85 so pre-registration is required.
