Brenda Okorogba, C.M. is a Systems Leader, Board Director, and Learning Facilitator working across Canada, Sub-Saharan Africa, and international development contexts. She helps leaders, organizations, and communities navigate complexity, identify leverage points, strengthen partnerships, mobilize resources, and turn fragmented efforts into coordinated action.

Across initiatives with reach in 40+ countries, Brenda has contributed to systems thinking, theories of change, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL), policy advocacy, board governance, and programs spanning education, workforce and economic inclusion, gender equality, youth development, health, housing, social innovation, and community development. She has contributed to a global $5B+ funding pipeline and informed $20M+ in funding and award decisions.

A Member of the Order of Canada, Brenda is grounded in values-based leadership, good citizenship, and responsible stewardship. As a Christian leader, she seeks to bring faith into public life through leadership that advances the common good, human dignity, and flourishing.
