Brenda Okorogba, C.M., is a systems change strategist, learning experience designer, and faith-driven leader working at the intersection of gender justice, education, workforce development, ethical leadership, and social innovation. She has supported nonprofits, social enterprises, and public institutions across Canada and Sub-Saharan Africa through leadership development, systems thinking and sensemaking, capacity strengthening, resource mobilization, and equitable program design and implementation. Brenda serves on several nonprofit and public interest boards and was appointed to the Order of Canada in recognition of her contributions to education equity, workforce inclusion, and community impact. Her work is grounded in a commitment to dignity, justice, stewardship, and the flourishing of individuals and communities through transformative systems change, with a focus on building a legacy that honours God and uplifts humanity.
