Brenda Okorogba, C.M., is a systems change strategist and learning experience designer whose work spans Canada and international contexts across education, workforce inclusion, women’s economic empowerment, market systems development, social entrepreneurship, health, land rights, disability inclusion, and climate-smart agriculture. She serves on multiple nonprofit and public interest boards, supporting organizations operating in more than 40 countries. Her work includes advising on the design and scaling of high-impact programs and partnerships, strengthening institutional capacity, and helping mobilize more than $5B in non-dilutive capital to expand access and opportunity at scale. Appointed a Member of the Order of Canada (C.M.), she has been recognized for advancing equitable access to education and workforce opportunity, along with broader contributions to systems leadership, mentorship, and community impact. Her work is grounded in a commitment to dignity, justice, stewardship, and the flourishing of individuals and communities through transformative systems change, guided by a desire to build a legacy that honours God and uplifts humanity.
