Elizabeth Franceschini is a political advisor based in Ottawa. Originally from Montreal, she moved to Canada’s capital to build a career in public service and has gained extensive experience working on campaigns at the local, leadership, and federal levels. She is in the final stages of a Master’s degree at Carleton University in European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies, where her research focuses on the Russia-Ukraine war. Deeply committed to her faith, Elizabeth also serves as a catechism teacher at St. Patrick’s Basilica. She is dedicated to a future that combines principled public service with values rooted in faith and community.
