Howard Anglin is a lawyer and currently a DPhil candidate in constitutional law at the University of Oxford. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Principal Secretary to Premier Jason Kenney, and Chief of Staff to then-Minister of Citizenship and Immigration Jason Kenney.
