Senior Fellow, Family

Lyman Stone is a Cardus senior fellow and a demographer specializing in fertility and family. His work explores the connections between social values and attitudes, economic systems, and family formation.

He is also the director of research for the demographic consulting firm Demographic Intelligence and holds a PhD in sociology from McGill University. He, his wife, and their four children live in Montreal, Quebec.
